Clothing Drive for Homeless Vets

There are much needed resources for local Vets serviced through the New England Center for Homeless Veterans. A recent plumbing problem caused a flood in their basement which damaged 100% of their supplies for female Vets and increased their need for donations to new levels.  Any contributions you can make would be most appreciated and here is a quick reminder about what works best:

·         Clothing items can be for both men and women but the need for women is especially urgent now

·         All sizes are needed

·         Donations must be in decent, gently used condition with no holes or rips

·         The clothes can range from casual (tees, sneakers, sweats) to professional work clothes (dress shoes, suits, dresses, skirts, pants, and tops)

·         Other items such as toiletries are a big help too

Donations will be collected up until March 8^th and you can drop them off in the canteen labeled New England Center for Homeless Vetereans. Sheila or Mark will pick them up.
